Büyük ve kapsamlı otel işletmelerinin sayısal olarak artması, beşeri ve ahlâki sorunları da beraberinde getirmiştir. İşletmeler faaliyet gösterirken, işin ahlâki boyutunu görmezden gelemezler. Genellikle kabul edilen görüşe göre, işletmelerin hayatta kalabilmelerinde önemli bir etken de;işletme faaliyetlerini gerçekleştiren personelin, ahlâki sorumluluk bilinci içinde hareket etmesidir. Personelin eğitim düzeyi bu konuda oldukça önemli bir belirleyicidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, otel işletmelerinde görev yapan işgörenlerin eğitim düzeyleri ile ahlâki sorumluluk bilinçleri arasındaki ilişkiyi irdelemektir. Konuyla ilgili olarak; Ankara'daki otel işletmelerinde çalışan işgörenlere anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, personelin eğitim düzeyi ile ahlâki sorumluluk bilinci arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki ve güçlü bir bağ olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.
Numerical increasing of big and extensive hotel managements causes beliefs and standards concerned with the needs of people as well as ethical problems. At the present times, during the activities of business, it is impossible not to consider the ethical side of this job. It is commonly agreed that, success of these managements, it can be possible with the staff who works in those managements activities in the act of conscious of ethical responsibility. In this context, it is quite important characteristic of staff's educational level. The purpose of this study, relationship between staff's education, level and ethical responsibility conscious was examined. In this respect, a questionnaire was applied to the staffs who works in hotel industries in Ankara. The research found out that, there is strong link and meaningful and relationship as statistics between the staff's educational level and ethical responsibility conscious.
