Abstract
In this study, we have tried to value the interim regimes from economic perspective, those are lived after 27 May 1960 Stroke, 12 March 1971 Memorandum, 12 September 1980 Stroke and 28 February 1997 Process in Turkey. For this purpose, we have formed some tables including some statistical indicators for along time from five years ago to five years later for each intervention and we have had some interpretations using indicators of tables. Therefore we have tried to define either economic factors caused or not the interim regimes and those interim regimes how to effect the economic factors.
Özet
Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de yaşanan ara rejimleri, 27 Mayıs 1960 Darbesi, 12 Mart 1971 Muhtırası, 12 Eylül 1980 Darbesi ve 28 Şubat 1997 Süreci, ekonomik açıdan degerlendirmeye çalıştık. Bu amaçla, herbir müdahalenin beş yıl öncesinden beş yıl sonrasına kadarki dönem boyunca istatistiksel göstergelerin yer aldığı bazı tablolar oluşturduk ve bu tablolardaki göstergelere dayanarak bazı yorumlarda bulunduk. Ayrıca, ekonomik faktörlerin ara rejimlerin nedeni olup olmadıklarını ve bu ara rejimlerin ekonomik faktörleri nasıl etkilediklerini de araştırmaya çalıştık.
