Abstract

© 2019, The Author(s). The current paper deals with a modified form of the Baskakov–Schurer–Szasz–Stancu operators which preserve e − 2 a x for a> 0. The uniform convergence of the modified operators is shown. The rate of convergence is investigated by using the usual modulus of continuity and the exponential modulus of continuity. Then Voronovskaya-type theorem is given for quantitative asymptotic estimation.
