The research employs structural equation modeling to analyze the survey responses of 381 hotel employees working at five-star hotels in Turkey. The results indicate a significant relationship between the variables. The findings also support a balanced TP (high future and past-positive TP, medium-level present-hedonistic TP). The research suggests that a balanced TP can be achieved through appropriate training and orientation programs to improve the motivation of their employees.
