Abstract

This study aims at defining the institutional and managerial capacities of the technical education institutions for girls in Turkey and measuring the level of the organizational intelligence of these schools. In this study, "multi-dimensional organizational intelligence scale", re-adapted for technical education institutions by Ercetin and Potas was used. The scale has seven dimensions of organizational intelligence. In conclusion, perceptions about general organizational intelligence level are intensified in "middle level" choice. Also, this perception about organizational intelligence does not vary in general according to regions and districts; while it varies between teachers and managers.
