Abstract

Inventory Routing Problem is a variant of the Vehicle Routing Problem that consists of interrelated vehicle routing and inventory decisions. There is a growing interest in sustainable Inventory Routing Problem among academics and practitioners. The literature on the topic has been expanding rapidly with a considerable number of papers published in each year. The aim of this literature review is to reveal the interests, tendencies and gaps in the literature addressing sustainability concerns. The proposed review that summarizes the current state of the literature and reveals potential research directions has potential to lead future researches and developments in the field.
