Özet
Slippery liquid-infused porous surfaces (SLIPs) have promising potential in various industrial applications. SLIPs attract great attention due to their special features such as mechanical durability, self-cleaning, anti-icing and anti-bacterial properties. Herein, SLIPs were fabricated with a different and facile fabrication approach. We used Laponite (LAP) nanoclay as an adhesive coating layer to provide the durability of coatings. Then, LAP-coated glass surfaces were coated with different-sized SiO2 nanoparticles via a step-by-step deposition strategy to obtain nano/micro-structured surface. These nano/microstructured surfaces were functionalized with hydrophobic organosilane molecule, octadecyltrimethoxysilane (OTS) to achieve hydrophobicity and then Kyrtox GLP-103 oil was grafted onto highly hydrophobic coated surface (HHC) to achieve anti-icing and anti-fouling performance. The results showed that the easy and applicable formation of the developed SLIPs coating combined with several properties, including anti-icing, easy self-cleaning, and anti-bacterial. Therefore, we propose that this SLIPs coating approach can be used in practical applications.
