The "Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st Century Maritime Silk Road" project, which is called the "Belt-Road" initiative or project, is the step taken for China to become a global hegemonic power. This project is vital to the realization of the "Chinese Dream" put forward by CCP leader Xi Jinping. The Chinese state, led by the CCP, which is fed by its deep historical memory and trying to maximize its geopolitical interests, has begun to experience difficult problems with its neighbors on its Eastern and Southern borders. In this process, it started to be surrounded in the seas by the USA and its allies, with which it had a serious conflict of interest. The most convenient and easy way for China to reach the European market, Turkish-Islamic markets and rich underground resources has been the geography of Türkistan, where the influence of the USA and its allies is relatively low. In this paper, the Silk Road Economic Belt (SREB), which constitutes the land part of the Belt-Road project, which is vital for the consolidation of China's global hegemony, will be evaluated in terms of Türkistan, which is perhaps one of the most important route and application areas of this project, and its possible gains and risks will be evaluated.
