Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine level and extent of current status of consumer protection and consumer rights in Turkey from view of tourist perceptions that were intended to be a supplement in new regulation setting. For the purpose, a questionnaire was applied to gather tourist opinions on consumer protection and consumer rights.
