Özet
The concept of publishing Mesnevi Hikayet in Uyghur was pioneered by Islamcan Sharif Beshiremi, the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Xinjiang Social Science Tribune.This initiative was undertaken by a group of individuals who had completed their education in Turkey and returned to the region, motivated by their dedication to the cause. However, owing to the considerable interest it generated among the Uyghur community and the subsequent imposition of publication restrictions, the project was not able to be completed in its entirety.
Mesnevi Hikayetlerinin Uygur Türkçesinde yayınlatma düşüncesi Xinjiang İctimaiy Penler Munberi Dergisi Genel Yayın Yönetmeni İslamcan Şerif Beşkiremi'ye aitti. Türkiye'de tahsilini tamamlayıp bölgeye dönen bir kaç arkadaşın özverisi ile yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. Uygur Türklerinin çok fazla ilgi ile okuması ve daha sonraki süreçte getirilen yayın sınırlandırması ile tamamı yayınlanamamıştır.
