Özet
In this study, Uzbekistan’s administrative system, personnel regime and recent reforms in the public service are examined. In recent years, with the spread of the new public management approach around the world, more effective and efficient delivery of public services has come to the fore. In this regard, increasing the qualifications of public personnel can be achieved through effective public personnel policies. Uzbekistan, which gained its independence from the Soviet Union in 1991, has been making great efforts to increase the quality of public personnel and provide effective public services to its citizens with the reforms it has made in recent years. In this context, the study; The administrative structure of the country and the latest relevant regulations were examined, information was given about the parliament, the prime minister and the council of ministers, the judicial system and local governments, and in this context, the public personnel regime and public service reforms were evaluated. As a result, it has been seen that the public service and personnel reform in the country continues steadily and serious work towards a digital state has been initiated in recent years.
