Zarif Songül
Göksel (PhD, Ankara Haci Bayram Veli University) is a research assistant in the
department of Political Science and Public Administration at the University of
Ankara Haci Bayram Veli University (HBV). Her research interests are neoliberal
urbanisation, urban transformation, public sphere and urban politics and
sociology in general. She sits on the editorial Board of the Journal of
Contemporary Local Governments of HBV. She has contributed articles to various academic journals and has presented her work at numerous national and
international conferences. During her doctoral research, she completed a significant project on neoliberal urbanisation and urban transformation,
which was supported by the prestigious TÜBİTAK 2214-A International Research
Fellowship Program (for PhD Students).
